Enroll in your benefits

Follow the same steps as an existing employee.

Elect coverage for your dependents

Go to myGXO Portal > Your Benefits or speak with an GXO Benefit Center representative to elect dependent coverage. You will be asked to verify dependent eligibility with documentation and provide each dependent’s Social Security Number.

Designate your beneficiaries

You can designate beneficiaries for Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Personal Loss Insurance online on myGXO Portal > Your Benefits or by calling the GXO Benefit Center.

What happens if I don't enroll as a new hire?

If you don’t enroll within 30 days of your date of hire or eligibility (see Eligibility below), you will automatically be enrolled in only:

  • Short-Term Disability Insurance
  • Long-Term Disability Insurance
  • Basic Life Insurance

Eligibility

    • Children for whom you have legal guardianship

Day one coverage

You have 30 days from your date of hire to choose your benefits. Once you enroll coverage is retroactive to your date of hire.
