As a GXO employee, you receive Basic Life Insurance at no cost to you. You have the option to buy Supplemental Life Insurance for yourself, your spouse and your children through MetLife. Depending on your election, you may need to provide Evidence of Insurability (EOI) or proof of good health.
If you enroll during your new hire enrollment period, you can elect 1x your annual pay up to the $500,000 maximum without providing EOI.
