Legal Assistance Plan

The Legal Assistance Plan, administered by LegalEASE, gives you and your family direct access to attorneys for personal legal matters. The program offers:

• Access to over 20,000 in-network attorneys
• Telephone consultations
• Office consultations
• Coverage for many personal legal matters

If you use an in-network attorney for covered services, fees are paid in full by the plan. If you use an in-network attorney for services not covered under the plan, you will pay the attorney a discounted rate for services received. There are no discounts available if you use an out-of-network attorney.

You can enroll in the Legal Assistance Plan during Open Enrollment or if you have a Qualifying Event during the year and pay through convenient payroll deductions.
