The Affordable Care Act, also known as health care reform, has brought a number of important changes to the nation’s health care system in recent years. No major changes were made this year that will affect your GXO benefits.

The Health Insurance Marketplace

The Health Insurance Marketplace (also called the Health Insurance Exchange) is a website in your state where uninsured people can compare and buy health insurance. If you are eligible for medical coverage through GXO, the marketplace is not likely to change anything for you because you have access to affordable, quality coverage through GXO. Employees who are not eligible for health coverage through GXO will need to obtain coverage. For details, see the resources below.
