Welcome to GXO Logistics. We’re glad you’re here. As a GXO employee, you have great benefits that offer quality and value you and your family can count on.
If you want to choose your GXO benefits and cover dependents for 2021, you must enroll within 45 days of your date of hire. If you don’t enroll, you’ll automatically be enrolled in default coverage for yourself only (see page 18 for important details). In either case, benefits will be effective retroactive to your date of hire.
Our goal is to make enrollment as easy as possible by helping you understand your benefit choices and make smart decisions. We work hard to make communication simple and accessible when and where you need it. Instead of overloading you with information, we’re giving you the keys so you can drive.
