How to enroll
Enroll within 45 days of your date of hire

2 Go online or call
ONLINE: Log in to https://myGXO.GXO.com , click on Your Benefits and Start Your Enrollment. PHONE: Call the GXO Benefit Center at 844.819.5250. A representative will be happy to help you.
3 Review your demographic information Confirm your information is correct and make updates as needed.
4 Enter your family information
Review the dependent eligibility guidelines for any family members you want to add to your coverage and then enter their personal information, including Social Security Numbers. If you’re adding a dependent, you’ll be asked to verify dependent eligibility with documentation and provide the dependent’s Social Security Number. GXO routinely conducts random dependent verification audits. If you don’t provide documentation within 60 days, your dependent(s) will be removed from coverage. It’s also your responsibility to remove dependents from coverage once they become ineligible.
      What happens if I don’t enroll?
If you don’t enroll within 45 days of your date of hire, you won’t be enrolled in medical coverage. You’ll
be automatically enrolled in Basic Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability Insurance and Basic Long-Term Disability Insurance. You won’t be able to change your elections until the next Open Enrollment period, unless you experience a Qualifying Event and report it within
45 days.
