Vision Basic
The Vision Basic plan covers an eye exam and provides a set allowance for eyewear and other vision services each year. It doesn’t cover prescription safety glasses.
Vision Buy-up
The Vision Buy-up plan covers an eye exam and provides a set allowance for eyewear and other vision services each year. You pay only $10 for prescription safety glasses.
